Davi — Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 23, 2026

Davi (“Davi”, “we”, “us”) helps you track environmental conditions and how you feel to find your personal triggers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: support@daviallergyapp.com.

What we collect

Health data

Your symptom entries are health-related information. We treat them as sensitive. Where required (e.g. under GDPR), our legal basis for processing this data is your consent, which you give by creating an account and logging check-ins, and which you can withdraw at any time by deleting your account.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the app, generate your daily brief and trigger insights, send the reminders you enable, and improve Davi. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

Who we share it with (service providers)

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms; we don’t allow them to use your personal data for their own purposes.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data until you delete your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete My Account. This is immediate and permanent.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise most of these in the app, or contact us at support@daviallergyapp.com.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted so that each user can only read their own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Davi is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll revise the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
